WHAT'S THE PIG HIDING?

CINCINNATI, OH - The Cincinnati Flying Pig is hiding something from everyone - runners, volunteers and staff alike. What important secret could this flying farm animal have which needs to be kept under wraps until February 16, 2001?

"I have no idea what that piggy is keeping from us," exclaimed newly appointed Marathon Executive Director Scott Maier. "It's just like a swine to do this to me right after taking this post."

Volunteers and staff have been searching for clues. So far, only one has come to the surface. Here is what the little piggy had to say:

"It's not an animal. It's not a person. It's the greatest thing for pigs around! And that's all I have to say about it right now. So, go ahead, try and guess my secret!" touted the pesky little flying pig.

For now, that's the only clue. He has promised another clue or two before the unveiling on February 16, 2001 in downtown Cincinnati. To everyone, try to keeping on guessing - a pink aviator pig cannot outdo us all!
