HOTEL BLOCKS STILL AVAILABLE FOR RRCA CONVENTION
CINCINNATI (February 5, 2008) - With registration now open for the 50th Road Runners Club of America Convention, to be held May 1-4, 2008, in Cincinnati, Ohio, hotel rooms are still available in downtown Cincinnati, within walking distance of the convention site at the Duke Energy Center.
"Because of the good response to both the RRCA Convention and the 10th anniversary Flying Pig Marathon, our first block of rooms has been filled," said Jean Knaack, executive director of the RRCA. "But many more hotels, with blocks of rooms, are available within a block of our Convention."
Delegates who have not made hotel reservations yet are being directed to the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, 151 West Fifth Street, across the street from the Duke Energy Center. Contact the Hyatt Regency at 513-579-1234.
The 50th anniversary Convention of the Road Runners Club of America is being held in conjunction with the 10th anniversary of the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon. For more information on the programs and convention schedule, visit www.rrcaconvention.org.
