If you haven't booked your hotel room for Flying Pig weekend, there are still rooms available, but they're going fast! Here's what is still available:

• Courtyard Marriott at Covington still has rooms available in the Flying Pig Marathon block, with Southbank Shuttle transportation available. Go to www.marriott.com.
• The Westin downtown still has rooms. Check www.westin.com/cincinnati or 1-800-837-8461.
• The Marriott Riverfront has rooms with a two night minimum and the Southbank Shuttle transportation. Call them at 859-261-2900.
• The Cincinnatian Hotel downtown also still has space. Call 513-381-3000 for reservations.

The Greening 'o the Pig

Heat sheets, space blankets, whatever you call them, don't throw yours away after the Pig! After a gentle sponge bath with soapy water, let your heat sheet dry thoroughly, then save it for your next race! It'll keep you warm while you're waiting for the start. Or, keep it in your car for emergencies. Did you know that if you take four heat sheets and tape them over your interior car windows, you can generate temperatures of over 70 degrees with just a single candle? Just another way to re-use our Pig resources.
