Walmart is a Fortune 500 company that joined the Flying Pig Marathon for it's tenth anniversary celebration. Walmart will sponsor a portion of the "Green Zone" at the two-day Health and Fitness Expo at Duke Energy Center. be sure to stop by to relax and get more information on products to assist you in your home "eco friendly and greening efforts". Walmart is also proudly sponsoring the Family Fun Festival on Saturday, the Walmart Oasis at Mile 12 on the Marathon course and the Wal-Mart Recovery area at the Finish Swine. Walmart associates will also be participating in the 5K to raise money for the Ruth Lyons Fund.
