Thank you for registering for the 2023 Hudepohl 14K/7K Brewery Run, part of the TQL Beer Series! The race will start at 7:30 a.m. this Saturday, September 16.

Packet Pick-Up

Packet pick-up for the Hudepohl 14K/7K Brewery Run will take place on the third floor of the Pig Works office on Thursday, September 14 (4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.) and Friday, September 15 (8:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.).

The Pig Works office is located at 644 Linn Street, Cincinnati, OH 45203 and free parking is available in the surface lot surrounding the building.

RACE DAY - Saturday, September 16 (beginning at 6:00 a.m.)

On Saturday, race morning packet pick-up will be on the Schmidlapp Event Lawn by the Moerlein Lager House (115 Joe Nuxhall Way, 45202). Please be advised there will be no bag check available and you will have to pick up your shirt and pint glass (and Brew Hog gift, if applicable) before the race.

Can you pick up a packet for your friend, spouse or beer buddy?

If you're that nice, we'll let you. Just have a copy of their ID handy - most people have it printed out or as a picture on their phone.

PLEASE NOTE: Pint glasses and Brew Hog mugs are hand wash only!

Enter to win 2024 TQL Beer Series entries and a VIP experience for 6 from Moerlein Lager House!

You will need to show your I.D. and get a wristband before you can get your hands on a cold beverage after the race. If you want to avoid the hassle on race day, bring your I.D. with you to packet pick-up and get your wristband then. We’ll also have a booth on race morning located on the Schmidlapp Event Lawn where you can get your wristband before or after the race.

 Race Day

The race starts at 7:30 a.m. Start and Finish lines for both races are located near the Moerlein Lager House (115 Joe Nuxhall Way, Cincinnati, Oh 45202) and Anderson Pavilion on Mehring Way.

Please note that Oktoberfest will be located on 5th street, check their website for road closures in that area - please consider this when navigating through downtown upon arrival for the race. Here are a few parking options:

  • Lot E - Flat rate of $7, credit card payment on entry
  • Central Riverfront Garage - Operating at regular rates with a max of $13 payable at the exit. Entrances located on Mehring Way will not be accessible.
  • East Garage - East of Heritage Bank Center which offers a flat rate of $7 payable by credit card at Exit.
  • Lot 1 - Flat rate of $7.00 on race day. This lot is gateless and uses cameras to enforce payment. Please follow posted instructions to enter your license plate number and pay with a credit card.

Please allow yourself ample time to park and complete other pre-race routines prior to the 7:30 a.m. start for both the Hudy 14K and 7K.

Course - Items to remember:

The 14K/7K split is early in the race at the end of Mehring Way at E Pete Rose Way. The 7K will turn left onto E Pete Rose Way at the intersection while the 14K will turn right onto E Pete Rose Way. If you’re running the 7K, please line up at the start line on the north side of the street, closest to Great American Ballpark. If you’re running the 14K, please line up at the start line on the south side of the street, closest to the Ohio River. We ask that you line up this way to help alleviate confusion (and cutting off other participants) at the split.

After you finish (14K and 7K have the same finish), follow the directions up the stairs on the east end of Carol Ann’s Carousel.

Please review the course map. A large version will be on display at packet pick-up.

If you need medical attention, UC Health will be near the finish line before, during and after the race.

Timing Chip

The timing chip will be affixed to your race bib. Please do not alter or remove it. You can scan the QR code located on your bib after the race to see your finish time.

Join your fellow runners and walkers after the race for this legendary post-race celebration featuring live music from Just Add Beer.

Your race entry includes a Skyline Chili Cheese Coney and two drink tickets redeemable for a beer or non-alcoholic beverage.

Be sure to bring your I.D. and money to the post-race party. Additional beer and food will be available for purchase at the Moerlein Lager House Moer-To-Go window beginning at 9am for participants and spectators! Don’t forget to stop by the TQL photo booth for a complimentary photo keepsake!

Bockfest is still finalizing their 2024 plans, which impacts our TQL Beer Series dates and registration. Stay tuned for updates and the opening of 2024 TQL Beer Series registration!
