2025 Flying Pig Weekend Packet Pick Up Schedule
In the fall of last year, the Flying Pig Marathon announced a change of venue for the 2025 Flying Pig Marathon Expo due to the construction at the Duke Energy Convention Center, the historical home of the Expo.
The 2025 Flying Pig Expo will take place at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center with additional early packet pick up options being held at Crossroads Oakley.
Due to the size constraints of the new expo site, the Northern Kentucky Convention Center, the Flying Pig Packet Pick Up schedule is as follows:
Crossroads Oakley Packet Pick Up:
Fifty West Mile, 5K, 10K, 26th Mile, Piglet, PigAbilities, & Flying Fur Packet Pick Up Only. Bibs, shirts, posters, and a selection of vendors and exclusive giveaways will be available.

Race day packet pick up for events taking place on Friday, May 2 and Saturday, May 3 will be available and commence as normal. See race specific packet pick up pages for more information, links are at the bottom of this article.
While we understand that this is a departure from our prior expo experience, please know that it is temporary while the Duke Energy Convention Center is under construction. We’re doing everything we can to make the transition as smooth as possible, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we work through this.
Participants can have a friend or family member pick up their items on their behalf by filling out the form linked here and providing the friend/family member a copy of their ID. Bib numbers will be provided via email closer to the packet pick up dates.
A shuttle transportation plan and parking recommendations for the Northern Kentucky Convention Center are in development and will be shared at a later date.
Participants planning to pick up at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center will be asked via email to sign up for a designated entry time slot to help alleviate traffic and congestion. Time slot sign-ups will open at 10am on March 31st, 2025 via email.
