All You Need to Know - 2025 Bockfest 5K, presented by The Banks
Packet Pick-Up & Wrist-banding
You may pick up your race packet during the dates and times listed below:
Friday, March 7th: Crossroads Oakley: 10am-6:30pm - located at 3500 Madison Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45209
Saturday, March 8th (Race Morning): Beginning at 8am outside the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame on Joe Nuxhall Way.
We will be checking IDs and offering wrist banding for the event at packet pick-up, or you can wait until race morning.
Can you pick up a packet for your friend, spouse, or beer buddy?
If you're that nice, we'll let you. Just have a copy of their ID handy – a printed copy or a photo on your phone is fine! You will not be able to pick up a wristband for your friend.
Race Day Parking
Cincinnati Riverfront Garage (CRG) will be open and charging regular rates. Please access CRG on Race St or the east entrance off E. Pete Rose Way. Entrances on Mehring Way will be closed.
Additional parking is available along the Streetcar route and riding the Streetcar is free! Streetcar stop #1 is a short 5-minute walk to and from Bockfest 5K festivities. Click here for more information about the Streetcar route and stops.
Gear Check
Look for the yellow school buses located near the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame on Joe Nuxhall Way. Items must be in a clear plastic bag (provided at packet pick-up and on-site). Affix the tab from your bib to the clear plastic bag containing your checked items.
Gear check will open at 8:30am. Bags must be picked up by 11:30am.
IDs
Please have your ID available and get your wristband at packet pick-up, or before or after the race so you can get your hands on a cold Fifty West beer!
Money
Bring cash or a credit card to purchase additional food and drink at bars and restaurants at The Banks, most start opening between 10am and 12pm on Saturdays.
Timing Chip
The disposable timing chip will be affixed to your race bib. Please do not alter or remove it. For those participating in the TQL Beer Series, a finish time is needed to be eligible for Brew Hog status. You can scan the QR code located on your bib after the race to see your finish time.
Course Info
The Bockfest 5K course starts and ends on Mehring Way near Joe Nuxhall Way.
On-site race day packet pick-up, start/finish lines, and the post-race party are all within easy walking distance from one another.
Fluid Station
There will be a fluid station approximately 1 mile into the course on W. Pete Rose Way. Volunteers will be serving both Water and HOIST to keep you hydrated.
Finish Line
After you cross the finish line, there will be plenty of Culligan Water and HOIST, powerful IV-level hydration. Grab one of each and make your way to the post-race party to celebrate your victory with an ice-cold beer! Redeem the tickets on your bib for a Fifty West Brewing Co. beer in the post-race party.
Bock Beer will be available in limited quantities. First come, first served.
Awards will be presented at the finish to the overall top three males and females, determined by gun time.
Post-Race
This year’s post-race celebration will take place at The Banks between Joe Nuxhall and Freedom Way. Be sure to stop by the Skyline Chili tent to redeem your bib ticket for a delicious Cheese Coney! Redeem your drink tickets for Fifty West Brewing beer at the booth near Great American Ball Park or to the left of the stage outside of The Filson. AND, visit our goat petting zoo!
