FC Cincinnati Foundation and Pig Works Announce 2023 FCC3 Race Date

Cincinnati, OH - The FC Cincinnati Foundation and Pig Works, the parent organization behind the Flying Pig Marathon, are excited to announce the date for the FCC3 race, presented by MedPace, a 3-mile run/walk benefiting both the FC Cincinnati Foundation and Flying Pig Charities. The race will take place on September 30, 2023 at 6pm, and will return to the original race route starting and finishing at The Banks. The race will be followed by the TQL Watch Party with food, drinks, and more.

"We're thrilled to again join forces with the FC Cincinnati Foundation as we take the FCC3 race back to The Banks," said Iris Simpson Bush, CEO of Pig Works. "We can't wait to see everyone at the starting line on September 30."

All participants will receive a race shirt, finisher medal, finish area refreshments, access to the TQL Watch Party, and a drink ticket. Registration is now open, and participants can visit the FCC3 race website for more information. Registration starts at $30, with a 10% discount for a 4-pack registration. Youth registration is $25 for those ages 14 and under.

"We’re excited to host the FCC3 with Pig Works again and are looking forward to our best event yet! Our organizations are dedicated to promoting health, fitness, and improving the lives of families and children in the Cincinnati area.," said Kate Solomon, Executive Director of the FC Foundation. "The FCC3 race is a great opportunity for our community to support good work done by both organizations while having fun and staying active."

Following the race, participants and their families and friends are invited to join the TQL Watch Party. The party is open to the public. Join this family-friendly event and root on the Orange and Blue as they take on Toronto FC, streamed live during the post-race festivities.
