- Participants may switch race distances by clicking here. There is a $10 switching fee plus any applicable entry fee difference. If you registered using a deferral or promo code, please contact registration@flyingpigmarathon.com to complete the switch request. The deadline to switch is Friday, September 25th, 2026 @ 12pm (noon) EST.
- Participants may transfer their registration to someone else by clicking here. There is a $20 transfer fee to transfer your registration to another person, and the new participant will be charged this fee during the transfer process. Any other payment, reimbursement, or exchange of funds associated with a transferred entry must occur between the two individuals involved. Pig Works does not facilitate the payment between two parties. If you registered using a deferral or promo code, please contact registration@flyingpigmarathon.com for assistance in completing your transfer. The deadline to transfer is Friday, September 25th, 2026 @ 12pm (noon) EST.
- 2023 is the last year to utilize a deferral code from 2020. No deferrals are permitted. Please email registration@flyingpigmarathon.com for assistance.
- We do not offer race day packet pick-up for the Half Marathon or 4 Miler, and race packets cannot be mailed before the race.
- Participants unable to pick up their race packet may have someone else pick up their packet for them. The person picking up your packet must have a filled-out copy of the Packet Pickup Authorization Form and a copy of your photo ID to be shown to our volunteers handing out race packets.
- Wheelchair entrants must wear helmets at all times. Due to logistical and safety issues, we are not currently able to accommodate hand-crank chairs.
- Want to personalize your bib? Register by Wednesday, August 19th, 2026 @ 12 pm (noon) EST. Any changes to your registration after this date, including transfers or switches, will result in losing your bib personalization. To make changes before the deadline, email registration@flyingpigmarathon.com.
- Online registration will close on Wednesday, October 7th, 2026 at 11:59pm unless the race sells out prior to this date. Registration will be available at the expo on Friday, October 9th, 2026 pending that spaces are still available.
- Proof of Time Policy: Proof of time is required for placement in start Corrals A and B for the half marathon. We do not accept self-timed, training, or virtual runs as proof of time. Proof of time must be provided by the participant from an officially timed race from 2025-2026, and must be one of the below listed distances, within the time ranges noted for Corrals A and B.
- Half Marathon Proof of Time: Results for a 10K, 14K, 10-Mile, Half Marathon, or Marathon
Past Pig Works races may be used as proof of time; however, you will need to submit them with your race registration. Participants will be placed in Corral C if proof of time is not submitted. If you submit a proof of time from a race distance other than a Half Marathon, an industry standard calculation will be applied to equate your time.
If proof of time is not provided, or if the data provided is incomplete or cannot be verified, you will be placed in Corral C. Any start corral changes can be made at the Corral Assignment booth at the expo on October 9th. Please be prepared to show proof of time that adheres to this policy at the expo.
