Packet Pickup for the in-person event will be held at the Bee-U-Tique Expo located at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center.

NEW THIS YEAR: 

• Bibs will be sorted by bib number, not last name. Your bib number will be included in the final instructions emailed out race week. Simply go to the corresponding table and read your bib number to the volunteer who will confirm the first and last name on the packet.
• Vendors and packet/premium pick up will be open from 11AM-6PM. 6-7PM is packet and premium pickup only (vendor booths will not be available).

Please bring your photo ID to pick up your packet. Not able to make it and need someone to pick it up for you? Please complete this form. You will need to share your bib number with the person who is picking up your packet and premiums for you. Race day packet pick-up will not be available.

Don’t forget to pick up your premium items! After picking up your packet, proceed through the expo to the premium area to pick up your race swag.

Participants who register after the 9/23 deadline will be considered “Late Registration” and are not guaranteed their selected shirt size. You will need to pick up your race bib and then visit the corral assignment booth to get the corral sticker for your expected finish time if you are considered a late registrant! Late registrants will also need to pick up their ASICS long sleeve shirt at the Late Registration table within the Premium Area of the expo. A shirt exchange table will also be available in the same area for those that wish to exchange their shirt for a different size. Shirt exchanges are available on a first come first served basis and limited sizes may be available.
