From the North:  

Take I-75 S to the 5th Street exit (left side exit). The Duke Energy Center is on your immediate left. Parking is available on 5th St. and Plum St. Additional parking can be found by turning left on Elm St. and left on 6th Street to a garage at 6th and Elm.

Take 71 S to the Gilbert St. exit. Gilbert turns into 8th St. Left on Walnut. Right on 6th St. Parking garages on 6th St. by Elm and Plum Streets. Additional parking is also available on Central Ave. various surface lots.

From the South:

Take I-75 N to the 5th Street exit in Cincinnati after crossing over the Ohio River on the Brent Spence Bridge.  The Duke Energy Center is on your immediate left. Parking is available on 5th St. and Plum St. Additional parking can be found by turning left on Elm St. and left on 6th Street to a garage at 6th and Elm.

From the East:

Take Columbia Parkway to the 6th St. exit. Parking garages on 6th by Elm and Plum Streets.

From the West:

Take the 6th St. Viaduct off of River Road and follow the signs to 5th St. The Duke Energy Center is on your immediate left. Parking is available on 5th St. and Plum St. Additional parking can be found by turning left on Elm St. and left on 6th Street to a garage at 6th and Elm.

Please give yourself ample time to travel downtown, find parking and find your corral. Additionally, the Reds have a home game that starts at 6:10 p.m. Expect traffic and Reds event parking rates downtown. We strongly encourage arriving early and carpooling. We will open our post-race party at Smale Park at 6 p.m. on Friday evening for happy hour with special Fifty West beers available for purchase.

To avoid traffic and paying Reds event parking rates, we recommend parking further north in downtown and taking the streetcar. Please see the map of downtown with the streetcar route for additional parking locations labeled with a “P”. The closest station to the start/finish lines is Station #1 The Banks. From that stop, walk a block south, turn right on Freedom Way which dead ends into Paycor Stadium. The streetcar runs until 11:30 p.m. on Friday.

Parking in Central Riverfront Garage west: $20

Parking in Lot E (south of Paycor Stadium): $15

From I-71 South:

  • Take the Gilbert Ave. Exit and continue straight off the exit.
  • Turn right on to Court St.
  • Turn left on to Reedy St.
  • Turn right on to E. Pete Rose Way
  • Turn right on to Broadway St.
  • Turn left on to E. Third St.
  • Parking available in the Queen City Tower Garage on your right. OR
  • Continue on Third St. to Race St. Turn left on Race St. to the Central Riverfront Garage (CRG). OR
  • Continue on Third St. and take a left on Central Ave. and a left on W. Pete Rose Way to the Central Riverfront Garage OR
  • Continue straight on Central Ave. which dead ends into the Lot E entrance.

From I-75 South:

  • Take the Second St. exit. Right on Race St. to the Central Riverfront Garage (CRG). OR
  • Or, turn left on Elm off the Second St. exit. Turn left on Third St. Turn left on Central Ave. Turn Left on W. Pete Rose Way the Central Riverfront Garage OR
  • Continue straight on Central Ave. which dead ends into the Lot E entrance.

From I-75 North:

  • Take the Second St. exit. Right on Race St. to the Central Riverfront Garage (CRG). OR
  • Or, turn left on Elm off the Second St. exit. Turn left on Third St. Turn left on Central Ave. Turn
  • Left on W. Pete Rose Way to the Central Riverfront Garage OR
  • Continue straight on Central Ave. which dead ends into the Lot E entrance.
  • From I-471 or Columbia Parkway: Take the Third St. Exit and
  • Enter the Queen City Tower Garage on your right. OR
  • Continue on Third St. to Race St. Turn left on Race St. to the Central Riverfront Garage (CRG). OR
  • Continue on Third St. and take a left on Central Ave. and a left on W. Pete Rose Way to the Central Riverfront Garage OR
  • Continue straight on Central Ave. which dead ends into the Lot E entrance.

From I-471 or Columbia Parkway:

  • Take the Third St. Exit and
  • Enter the Queen City Tower Garage on your right. OR
  • Continue on Third St. to Race St. Turn left on Race St. to the Central Riverfront Garage (CRG). OR
  • Continue on Third St. and take a left on Central Ave. and a left on W. Pete Rose Way to the
  • Central Riverfront Garage OR
  • Continue straight on Central Ave. which dead ends into the Lot E entrance.

*For the 10K, 5K, Kids’ Marathon, PigAbilities, Flying Fur and Piglet Events*

Please give yourself ample time to travel downtown and find parking. Traffic is heavy on race morning. We strongly encourage arriving early, carpooling and having cash ready as you enter parking lots and garages. 

The 10K, 5K and Flying Fur will all start on Mehring Way between Elm St. and Central Ave., just south of Paycor Stadium. Registration and packet pickup for all of these races will be on the east plaza level of Paycor Stadium.

NOTE: The 3rd St. exit off I-71 southbound will be closed between 6:30a – 10:00 a.m. Please follow the posted detour signs or find an alternate route. We advise planning additional time to travel downtown and find parking.

Lot A: $5

  • 226 Central Ave.
  • Please have cash available and ready to pay upon entrance to expedite the parking process. This lot will be open from 5-10 a.m.

Central Riverfront Garage: $5 (if you arrive between 5am-10am using the following entrances)

  • 99 E. Second St. Entrances on Race St., W. Pete Rose Way, and Main St./Joe Nuxhall Way.
  • Please have cash available and ready to pay upon entrance to expedite the parking process

Lots on 3rd St., Central Ave. and 4th St. near start and finish: $10-15

  • 300 Central Ave.
  • 444 W. Third St.
  • 325 John St.
  • 251 Central Ave.
  • 5th/Plum intersection
  • 3rd/Race intersection

Queen City Square Garage: $15

  • 319 E. Fourth St. Entrances on Third St., Sycamore St., 4th St. and Broadway St.

Directions for downtown Cincinnati street parking—all NORTH of 4th Street (For arrivals at any time):

  • From the North: I-75 S to 5th Street exit.
  • From the North: I-71 S to Gilbert Ave. exit. Continue straight off the exit to 8th St.
  • From the East via Columbia Parkway (US 50): Take the 6th Street exit.
  • From the South: Take I-75 N to 5th Street.
  • From the South or East: Take I-471 to the 6th Street exit.

Parking in Northern Kentucky is also available. The Roebling Suspension Bridge will be open race weekend to pedestrian traffic throughout the weekend. The start/finish lines are approximately one mile from parking in Covington if you walk across the Roebling Suspension Bridge. Parking in Newport is approximately 1.5 miles from the start/finish lines if you walk across the Taylor Southgate Bridge.

Please give yourself ample time to travel downtown, find parking, utilize the baggage busses/restrooms and find your corral. Traffic is heavy on race morning. We strongly encourage arriving early, carpooling and having cash ready as you enter parking lots and garages. Please remember to use the clear shopping bag provided at the Expo for baggage check. Only clear bags will be accepted.

The start line is on Elm St. between Second St. and W. Freedom Way. Baggage buses and restrooms will be available on the east plaza level of Paycor Stadium.

Streets south of 4th Street in downtown Cincinnati will close at 6:00 a.m. The Second St. exit from I-75 northbound and southbound as well as Rt. 50 will close at 6 a.m. The 7th St. exit off I-75 will close at 6:30 a.m. Be early if you plan on parking near the start. The Marathon, Half Marathon and Marathon Relays start at 6:30 a.m. Relay participants running the 2nd, 3rd or 4th leg are advised to consult the Relay Parking and Bus Departure map and see the directions below about parking at the lots on Eggleston Ave. Do NOT park in any lots on E. Pete Rose Way east of Mehring Way. You will not be able to remove your car until 2:30 p.m.

Mehring Way will be closed between Central Ave. and the Roebling Suspension Bridge overpass on Sunday, May 1 from 1 a.m.- 5 p.m. Elm Street between Second St. and Mehring Way will be closed during the same time period. Lot E will not be available to park in this year.

Lot A: $5

  • 226 Central Ave.
  • Please have cash available and ready to pay upon entrance to expedite the parking process. This lot will be staffed for entry from 4-7 a.m. You may leave at anytime.

Central Riverfront Garage: $5 (if you arrive between 4am-9am)

  • 99 E. Second St. Entrances on Race St., W. Pete Rose Way and Main St./Joe Nuxhall Way.
  • Please have cash available and ready to pay upon entrance to expedite the parking process

Lots on 3rd St., Central Ave. and 4th St. near start and finish: $10-15

Recommended for relay runners taking the bus to their zone. General parking also admitted. Parking is $5. Please pay the pay boxes in the lot.

  • From the South: I-75 N to the 5th Street exit in Cincinnati. Left on Sentinel. Right on Eggleston.
  • From the North: I-75 S to the 7th Street exit in Cincinnati. Continue in the far right lane on 7th St. down to Culvert St. Left on Sentinel. Right on Eggleston.
  • From the North: I-71 S to Gilbert Ave. exit, turn right onto Court St. Left on to Reedy. Left on to Eggleston.
  • From the East: Take Columbia Parkway to the 6th Street exit. Right on Broadway. Right on 7th St. Continue in the far right lane on 7th St. down to Culvert St. Left on Sentinel. Right on Eggleston.
