Race Overview
The Fifty West Mile kicks off Flying Pig Marathon weekend and is the second leg of the TQL Beer Series, the three-race event celebrating Cincinnati’s rich brewing history and benefiting the Over-the-Rhine Brewery District. Everyone is invited to take part in the Fifty West Mile, whether you walk or run.
The 2026 Fifty West Mile start location is at the West entrance of the Riverfront Transit Tunnel and finishes on Mehring Way near Carol Ann's Carousel.
Participant Amenities
All registered participants will receive a shirt, two Fifty West Brewing Company beer tickets, and a Skyline Chili Cheese Coney (must be redeemed at the Post-Race Party). The Fifty West Mile finishers will receive a medal that doubles as a bottle opener!
